Kathy Sawyer’s professional background includes a variety of human resource assignments focused on people management . . . helping to identify, attract and retain quality employees and, once acquired, developing them to their fullest potential. One particular area of expertise Kathy provides is on increasing productivity in work environments by helping leaders recognize and develop the best qualities of those who report to them.

Kathy’s credentials include eleven years of service with the technology firm, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where she served as regional recruiting manager and spent of majority of her tenure focused on the development and training of managers worldwide as an EDS corporate leadership training and development expert.

In addition to her extensive for-profit work experience, she has had a substantial amount of experience in the public sector on a national level as well as working with not-for-profits, all proving useful when assessing many types of professional work environments.
